How To Treat Dark Circles Under The Eye

When the area beneath your eyes becomes dark, you call it dark circles unless you haven't met an injury or some infection. Dark circles under your eyes usually are not a sign of a medical problem. They are usually caused by being tired or not taking enough sleep. Using skincare products alone would not solve the issue but being in your skincare routine would definitely show more effective results.

Know all about dark circles today-

How to treat dark circles-

1.    You got to sleep better

At least 7 to 9 hours of sleep is a must to avoid exaggerating the appearance of dark circles. Sleep on your back with your head moderately elevated to minimize puffiness. Make use of the night mode in your phone all the time because it reduces UV rays that are known to cause disruptions in your natural sleep cycle. Also while you sleep use some night gel cream that calms and repairs your skin.

2.    Put your health first

Smoking, passive smoke inhaling, being overweight, having triglyceride or high cholesterol only worsens things.

a) Exercise

b) Meditate

c) Make dietary changes

You need to say bye to stress because that makes you look more aged.

3.    Tea bags

Natural healers suggest soaking two teabags — using caffeinated tea — in warm water and then chilling the bags in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Place a bag on each eye. After five minutes, remove the tea bags and rinse the area with cold water.

4.    Always wear sunscreen

Even if it’s a cloudy day; do apply sunscreen. It can help you avoid hyper pigmentation. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen that does both UVB and UVA protection to the lash line and wear sunglasses.

5.    Cold

Sometimes dilated blood vessels can darken the area under your eyes. A cold compress can cause the blood vessels to constrict, which may result in a lessening of the dark circles.

6.    Moisturizers, Scrubs and Serums

There are a number of moisturizers for the face; face scrubs and serums that might help you with the dark circles under your eyes. Many of them contain caffeine, vitamin E, aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, and/or retinol.

Use coffee face scrub because that is best for removing tan and pigmentation and increases blood flow that ultimately reduces dark circles.

Use Serum with Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E-based moisturizing lotion for face.

7.    Cucumber

Place chilled slices of cucumber on the dark circles for about 10 minutes. Then rinse the area with water. Repeat this treatment twice a day. It will help reduce dark circles.

8.    Almond oil and vitamin E

Natural healing advocates suggest mixing equal amounts of almond oil and vitamin E and then, just prior to bedtime, gently massaging the mixture into the dark circles. In the morning, wash the area with cold water. Repeat the process nightly until the dark circles disappear.

While you age your body undergoes many changes and especially your face. While your hearts stay young forever why let your skin age? Choose your face care products wisely.

Restore your bright and healthy skin and let that light skin in. BE YOUTHFUL.
